The last day of ATM 2014, began with the same energy and uproar as the previous days. Meeting and greeting old clients and new ones. The overall experience at the Arabian Travel Mart 2014 has been a very enriching experience for us this year giving us a deeper insight into the existing pain points faced by Travel and Tourism industry in the APAC and Middle East Market.
The emergence of the Travel and Tourism market governed by the change in current market trends, has paved the way for integration of sophisticated Travel Technology, with the quintessential features that enable Travel Businesses to quickly create and offer, new and competitive packages to end customers (travelers), integrated with multiple suppliers for – Air, Car, Hotel and Activities; the ability to manage and investigate internal reports related to discounts, fees and commissions and most importantly, Technology that provides multi-lingual support for B2B and B2C platforms.
All in all, the Travel and Tourism industry in many part of the world are yet to catch up with the rest, with regards to Travel Technology. We have had a wonderful experience at the ATM 2014 supporting our clients and interacting with potential clients, understanding their issues and explaining in detail our products and services.
